Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to the majority of orders we process, please see our policy below:
- New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, South East Queensland, South West WA and Tasmania: $44 for orders under $399 and FREE for orders over $399.
- Other locations not listed above: $220 flat fee.
- For outdoor blinds over 4m wide, extra delivery fees may apply with Pickup available at no charge.
We aim to have your order ready to ship within 10 working days of your order, however we will not be held liable for any reasonable delay beyond or within our control.
Our couriers will be given authority to leave the goods, unless instructed otherwise, so please let us know in the ‘Order notes’ section at checkout if you’d like to make alternative arrangements.
Blindmotion Online will not be liable for the actions of so called ‘porch pirates’ or any other loss of goods delivered if you’re not home.
Returns
Please note that all our products are made to your measurements and fabric selection, which means pretty much every item we make is different. Because of this, we can’t simply ‘restock’ any items or cancel orders once production has commenced.
Please note:
- We do not allow exchanges.
- We accept returns for defective products only.
If you really want to cancel or change your mind, we’ll do the best we can to work with you, so please let us know ASAP if something comes up so we can take action before it’s too late.
When you receive the goods, please let us know within 7 days of any defects, damage or missing parts.
If you are DIY installing, please take the time to thoroughly understand the installation process as, we will not be liable for any issues caused by incorrect installation, improper or lack of cleaning, misuse or general wear and tear.
