Quality Product - had the external motorised blind installed for few months now, with all weather conditions and direct sun for half the day. Quality material. Easy installation and quick certified wiring. Remote works flawlessly from 8m with a wall in between. Great customer service and response from Mia (thank you). After some looking for DIY 5m+ outdoor blinds, I found Blindmotion in Sydney and I’m so glad I did. I had plenty of questions about how to install, the type, motorisation, materials and the intricacies of trying to fit them myself to be seamless with our outdoor setting. I can truly say Phil Barnett is a business owner that is passionate about his product. One phone call and he invited me to his factory, gave me advice, samples of blinds, pelmet, channels, guided me to staying away from a PVC hothouse and helped select the best motorised option. The result is amazing! Almost 6m per span motors up or down with ease, smooth, quiet and almost therapeutic to watch! Phil’s support, delivery and always helpful nature made this one of my best projects. If you’re not the DIY type, Phil can arrange installation, but for me, the whole kit design and delivery was perfect. Submitted an online enquiry for some motorised outdoor blinds to be installed under an existing pergola in the backyard. Nathan came out to provide a free measure and quote and within two weeks the blinds were installed. Reasonable price, fantastic customer experience and great communication. We ordered 3 Zip Blinds from the website for DIY installation. Phil called shortly after we placed the order on line to confirm our measurements to calculations were correct and he also arranged additional fabric samples to be sent to meet a specific requirements. Blinds arrived with freighter very well packed. Installation was straight forward and the finished product looks great. My roller blind was delivered in good time and was extremely well packaged in a heavy duty tube for its protection. Once unwrapped I was extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship on my blinds. I could not have been happier. Communication was very good at all times and support from Blindmotion re later motorisation of my blinds has been exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who desires dealing with a company that provides a quality product with great support.
