TERMS OF WARRANTY
We’ve been making blinds since 2011 and are confident your purchase from Blindmotion Online will serve you well into the future. For your peace of mind, we protect your investment with a full 5 year warranty against faulty products, except for battery operated products, which is 3 years.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation or lack of maintenance of the product and does not cover depreciation through ordinary wear and tear and is not transferable.
Our warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under any relevant legislation.
How to lodge a warranty claim:
- Please send an email to sales@blindmotion.com.au.com.au with photos and any written information that may help us understand the situation.
- We’ll assess the warranty and if it is approved, we will provide parts if possible or a replacement product, which will be at our discretion.
- If the product needs to be returned to Blindmotion Online, then we will pay and arrange the freight.

How It Works
- Contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos and measurements of the installed blind/window
- Return the original blind to us
- We’ll organise your replacement blind remake
Important Terms & Conditions
To keep the guarantee fair and sustainable for all customers, the following conditions apply:
- Applies to roller blinds only
- Limited to 3 blinds per household
- Applies to genuine measuring errors only
- Customer is responsible for all freight/shipping costs associated with the return and remake
- Original blind must be returned before replacement production begins
- Replacement blind must be for the same product, fabric and configuration as the original order
- Applies to residential orders only
- Does not apply to change of mind, incorrect colour selection, installation issues, or product misuse
- Blindmotion Online reserves the right to assess eligibility before approving a remake
