To create these sample packs, we ‘up cycle’ our aluminium off cuts, which would otherwise be recycled as scrap. This is the same aluminium finish used in our installed blinds — not a printed chip or showroom sample.

Zipguided outdoor blind samples
There is nothing like seeing and feeling the very parts used to make our Zip Guided blinds. You’ll instantly get a feel for the design and engineering that has gone into these blinds. They are built to a standard, not down to a price. They’re made to last. There is aluminium where it needs to be. The heavy duty zip is precision welded to the mesh fabric. The base bar is extra heavy to avoid jamming. The headbox is made of aluminium and completely encases and protects the fabric.

Why Aluminium Samples Are a Small Paid Item
Our aluminium slat and extrusion samples are cut from real production stock, finished by hand, and packed individually.
They’re heavier, more expensive to ship, and prepared exactly as they appear in a finished blind — not thin colour chips.
